Talking Joints Memo is committed to making our journalism accessible to as many people as possible, including readers with disabilities.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue improving the site as its content, advertising and technology change.
Accessibility features
The site includes:

- Adjustable text size
- High-contrast and underlined-link options
- Reduced-motion controls
- Responsive layouts for mobile devices
- Semantic headings and page landmarks
- Alternative text support for editorial images
The accessibility button at the lower-left corner of the site allows visitors to adjust certain display preferences. These options supplement the site’s underlying accessibility and are not required to use it.
Third-party content
Some advertisements, embedded videos and other third-party content may be provided by outside services. We work to make these areas accessible but may not control every aspect of their presentation.
