Canna Provisions goes big.
Co-founded by CEO Meg Sanders and COO Erik Williams, both of whom cut their teeth in legal West Coast markets before Massachusetts even had one, the company’s western Mass operation is a model shop beyond the Bay State. The business was recently the local plaintiff in a big national lawsuit brought by industry leaders against the federal government, and perhaps biggest of all, for their cultivation, Sanders and Williams tapped iconic cultivator Greg “Chemdog” Krzanowski, who established his Smash Hits line under the Canna Provisions umbrella.
It’s been said that Chemdog is the “Michael Jordan of weed.” But in Mass, we prefer our GOATs to have real local ties, like four-time NBA champ Robert Parish. And so it’s fitting that the company is launching a “five-product collection built around ‘Full Court Chronic,’ a new flagship strain” made in partnership with the legendary Celtics center.
Per a media release, “The partnership is not a licensing deal struck at arm’s length. Parish first visited the Canna Provisions Lee location during the pandemic and later shopped in-store when he and his partner Esther Rose were visiting her childhood home in Holyoke.”
“I’ve been a Canna Provisions customer since 2020, long before I ever considered putting my name on a product,” Parish said. “I was impressed by how the company operated during and after COVID, as well as the quality and variety of its products. When Chemdog approached me about a potential collaboration, and after Esther and I met with Erik and Meg, it was clear that these were people we trusted and wanted to work with.”
The collection will be available at Canna Provisions locations in Pittsfield, Holyoke, and Lee starting on Sept. 21, and will also be available at the following retail launch partner stores: Northeast Alternatives, Rise Cannabis, Quincy Cannabis, Treehouse Cannabis, Nova Farms, Ascend Cannabis.
“At the center of the collection is Robert Parish Full Court Chronic, a strain cultivated at Canna Provisions’ Sheffield, Mass. facility by Chemdog, the breeder behind Chem 91 and Chem D and other iconic genetics that seeded Sour Diesel, OG Kush and much of modern American cannabis. The strain was one of the company’s best-performing cultivars before it was renamed for the partnership, a point the company says mattered to both sides.”
“We weren’t going to slap his name on something that wasn’t an already proven success,” Sanders said. “We first made sure the strains had strong appeal with customers, and then had Robert test them and choose which ones he liked best.”

- Full Court Chronic Pre-Roll — the same flower in a single 1g pre-roll
- The Chief Kief — a proprietary hybrid kief blend of some of our favorite strains
- Bad Mother F’er — Full Court Chronic infused with The Chief Kief in a 1g pre-roll
- Center Mass — 3.5g of pre-ground Full Court Chronic flower blended with Chief Kief
