Coast And Canna Provisions Plan International Yoga Day At The Mount

Event at home of Edith Wharton will include slow flow yoga class and a “transformative full-body listening experience”

Here’s an event worth bending over backwards to get to.

On June 21, Canna Provisions and Coast Cannabis are teaming up for International Yoga Day and Wellness Wednesday at the Mount, the breathtakingly beautiful home of Edith Wharton in Lenox, and they’re bringing some friends.

The plan: “to bring some yoga, sound bath fun, and 21+ cannabis education and product demonstration to one of the most popular historic Gilded Age mansions in the Berkshires.”

The event will be free of charge for those who pre-register, and while there’s limited space, it’s also just the “first of many of these programs Canna Provisions has created and is rolling out through 2023.” More details from the organizers below:

This unique experience commences with a 30-minute slow flow yoga class led by Susan Wrba, a highly skilled 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher, Ayurvedic yoga teacher, and Integrative Health Coach with over a decade of experience. Participants will then engage in a Sound Bath, a transformative full-body listening experience led by Paulo Caserta, Co-Founder of Socreates, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Expert Sound Healer.

Participants are invited to bring their yoga mats, although mats will be available for use at the event. Given the outdoor setting, sunscreen is recommended. Detailed instructions, including parking and event location, will be emailed to registered participants on Friday, June 16.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to attend and are asked to bring a valid photo ID.
