B2B cannabis conference to “host brands and buyers from across the state for two action-packed days this summer”
We don’t cover too much strictly business stuff here at Talking Joints Memo, but the annual Flower Expo is an exception. Because even though admission is largely restricted to those in the marijuana business, the attendees come from every corner of the industry, making for a unique affair with everyone from budtenders to cultivators puffing in the wind.
This year’s upcoming Mass event, the second in Northampton, seems likely to follow that tradition, and will take place June 17 to 18 at the Three County Fairgrounds.
Per the organizers, “While the venue shifted last year from Greenfield to Northampton, a move that facilitated more exhibition space along with easier access to lodging, the event holds true to its grassroots, Western Massachusetts origins, hosting a balanced mix of large multi-state operators, local growers, and ancillary brands.”
“Massachusetts is where it all started, and we’re proud to return for our fourth straight year,” Flower Expo CEO Jason Bello said in a statement. “It’s become sort of an annual pilgrimage for the industry, and we’re looking forward to hosting familiar faces along with those who are new to the market.”
More from Flower Expo:
This year, Flower Expo anticipates more exhibitors than ever — from marquee multi-state brands such as Fernway, Holistic Industries, ROVE, Green Thumb Industries, and KANHA, to local standouts like PERPETUAL, Good Feels, Berkshire Roots, and Bostica. Representatives of more than 350 dispensaries are expected to attend the show, making up the vast majority of the Massachusetts market.
Although Flower Expo kicked off its 2026 lineup with single-day offerings under the “Flower Expo Local” banner, the Massachusetts event maintains its original two-day format: the first day is limited to brands and retail decision-makers, while the second day opens its doors to budtenders as well. Other key elements include the SESHES speaker series, featuring panels of industry leaders and innovators, as well as an official after party at The Iron Horse in Downtown Northampton following the first day of the event.
“As we’ve grown over the past four years, we’ve learned more and more about what the industry needs and what we can accomplish,” Bello said. “Our Northampton venue offers plenty of indoor space for exhibitors and speaker panels, and the massive outdoor space is perfect for custom activations, food vendors, and our shaded consumption lounge. The ultimate goal is to create a space for the whole industry to come together in an environment that equally balances productive deal-making and summer fun.”
