Incoming: Flower Expo Massachusetts 2025

This year’s event, relocated to Northampton, “is exclusively curated for dispensary buyers” on day one, while day two “opens the floor to over 2,000 budtenders.”

Talking Joints Memo is designed as a destination for all cannabis enthusiasts, not just the thousands who work in and around the weed industry. As a result, we primarily cover events that are open to all—with some rare exceptions, Flower Expo chief among them.

Even if you’re not attending this extravaganza, you should know that it’s where people who grow and supply consumers in the Bay State do their deals. It’s where pounds will be sold and new products introduced, all in the name of Mass cannabis.

And this year, there are some changes in store for Flower Expo Massachusetts. According to a media release, “the state’s premier B2B cannabis trade event is back for its highly anticipated third year—and it’s bigger than ever. After two wildly successful years in Greenfield, the fan-favorite show is moving to a new long-term home at the iconic Three County Fairgrounds in Northampton, marking a major milestone in the evolution of the expo and the Massachusetts cannabis industry as a whole.”

The details: From June 4 to 5, 2025, expo goers “will see over 150 leading cannabis brands meet face-to-face with 330 licensed dispensaries and more than 2,000 budtenders for two days of high-energy networking, sampling, and streamlined business.”

“Year three is everything,” Flower Expo Founder and CEO Jason Bello said. “Year one proved the concept. Year two accelerated growth. Year three is about planting our flag as the essential event in cannabis—not just in Massachusetts, but across the Northeast.” (You can read our most recent interview with Bello here.)

He continued, “Our move to Northampton reflects years of hard work and a strategic vision for long-term impact. We were proud to strike an exclusive agreement with the City of Northampton to be the only cannabis event allowed in town, and we believe this progressive, high-performing market—with the highest per capita cannabis sales in the state—is the perfect home for Flower Expo.”
