David Yusefzadeh is busy. A collaboration leader in the Mass cannabis market, the Michelin Star chef and founder of Plant Jam and its Cloud Creamery brand recently released an infused porcini mushroom salt with Bountiful Farms, and also worked with Jim Belushi on the Orange Whip and Java Chip Blues Brothers ice cream flavors.
Yusefzadeh’s latest tag team is with the Chelsea-based Harbor House Collective, which is the exclusive retailer for Cloud Creamery’s Albariño Mimosa Rosin-Infused ice cream, a new flavor and concept for the company.
“We’re actually using the Albariño rosin, it’s our first rosin ice cream,” Yusefzadeh said in a short interview at the New England Cannabis Convention, where he was scooping for fans. On Saturday, he passed out more samples at a small release party in Boston. “It’s a small run, we’ll see how it goes.”
We tried it, and suspect that it is going to go well. In fact, we recommend getting your to-go cup as soon as they drop in the next few days, because these won’t last for long. Check the Harbor House menu ahead of time for availability.
