As we excitedly announced last month, Nimbus Cannabis spearheaded an effort to raise awareness about legalization with actual cannabis flower.
Using its Daily Doob preroll concept, the Hudson-based company called on friends across the industry to rally against ballot Question 8 and the effort to repeal adult-use marijuana in Mass. The resulting series of “Vote No” message-branded prerolls included grass from allies U4EA Farms, Garden Remedies, Resinate, Perpetual, Suncrafted, The Heirloom Collective, Bountiful Farms, High Plains Farm, Holistic Industries, and Tree House.
Talking Joints Memo recently joined many of the “No on 8” preroll providers under one barn roof. Over joints and chicken tenders, we spoke about the collaborative project, as well the countless reasons the adult-use industry should be protected, not repealed.
