“Gaming and culture event” will take place over two days at Deezle Cannabis
While it is a given that weed and video games plug into one another perfectly, there still isn’t nearly enough courting of the gamer crowd in Massachusetts cannabis.
Some shops have console setups, which is a great start, and we’ll certainly see more in this realm once social consumption establishments open, but for now we’re thrilled to highlight blips like this upcoming Blaze & Battle blastoff at Deezle in Brookline.
Playing into the local college demo by BU on Comm Ave, this Friday and Saturday the shop is hosting a “21+ competitive gaming and culture event operated inside the Deezle Gallery.”
“This flagship event fuses high-level PS5 gameplay, cannabis culture, live spectators, and brand activations into a curated, adult-only experience.”
This installment’s featured game is Mortal Kombat 1 (PlayStation 5), while “future Blaze & Battle events may rotate games.”
“First-place champion takes home a cash prize.”
