“The name is the whole point. No Flavor. No on Question 8.”
When the threat and nightmare of Question 8 is over, and the monsters who attempted to close Mass dispensaries are sent back to the bars at their suburban golf clubs, many will remember Good Feels as one of the licensed companies which fought back extra hard.
From building websites that raise awareness around the referendum, to spreading the message wide on social media, the team there has been extremely proactive. And now, they dropped an anti-prohibition product in the mix as well.
The following is from the Good Feels team about their new limited-release “No Flavor” syrup which “turns dispensary shelf space into a vote-no message ahead of the November ballot.” …
A lawn sign reaches people who already agree with you. Good Vibes decided to put its position somewhere else: on a bottle, on a dispensary shelf, in the hands of the customers who stand to lose the most.
Good Vibes, the Massachusetts based fast-acting cannabis syrup brand made by Good Feels Inc., is running a limited release of “No Flavor” — its unflavored 500mg fast-acting syrup, relabeled for the campaign against Question 8, the November 3 ballot question that would end legal adult-use cannabis sales in the Commonwealth. A QR code on every bottle takes shoppers to the brand’s explainer of the ballot question at goodvibessyrup.com/vote-no-in-november.
The name is the whole point. No Flavor. No on 8.
“Most brands in this state are hoping somebody else handles this,” said Jason Reposa, CEO of Good Feels Inc. “We build product for a living, so we put it on the product. If you’re standing at a dispensary counter in October holding a bottle that says Vote No, you know exactly what we’re asking you to do in November.”
Good Vibes is among the first Massachusetts cannabis brands to build the ballot question directly into a product’s branding rather than confining it to social posts and in-store signage.
What’s at stake
Massachusetts adult-use cannabis crossed $10 billion in cumulative sales on September 5, 2026, according to the Cannabis Control Commission. The regulated market has generated roughly $2 billion in state and local tax revenue since 2016 and employs close to 15,000 people. About 300 of the state’s 351 municipalities now host a licensed retailer or permit delivery.
Question 8, backed by the Coalition for a Healthy Massachusetts, would repeal the 2016 law legalizing adult-use cannabis and end commercial sales and legal home grow, while leaving the state’s medical marijuana program intact. If it passes, Massachusetts would become the first state to reverse recreational legalization at the ballot box.
Public polling has consistently shown the repeal trailing. A UMass Amherst/WCVB survey of 800 registered voters found 55% opposed and 33% in favor.
“There are close to 15,000 people in this state who go to work every day in legal cannabis, and a yes vote puts every one of those jobs on the table,” Reposa added. “Question 8 doesn’t make cannabis disappear. It decides who sells it, whether anybody tests it, and whether the state collects a dime.”
Reposa made a similar case in a letter published by The Boston Globe on August 6, 2026, arguing that repeal would hand the market back to unregulated sellers with no age verification and no product testing.
Good Vibes is asking Massachusetts consumers to do two things before November 3: vote no on Question 8, and get as many people as they can to do the same. Every friend, coworker, and family member who turns out is one more vote the repeal has to overcome. Ballot questions are decided by turnout, and the brand argues the biggest risk to the legal market is voters who assume a repeal could never actually pass. Consumers can add their name to the public tally of no votes at repeal.fail/tally.
About the product
Good Vibes “No Flavor” is a 1-ounce, 500mg fast-acting syrup — the brand’s unflavored liquid gummy formula, which blends into any food or beverage without changing the taste. It is a limited release available at participating licensed Massachusetts dispensaries while supplies last. For adults 21+ only.
Note: Good Vibes’ “No Flavor” bottle is an independent effort by Good Feels Inc. Neither the product nor the marketing around it is funded, sponsored, or authorized by the Committee to Protect Cannabis Regulation, the ballot committee organizing the official No on 8 campaign.
