Roundup: Green Wednesday Deals + Mass Holiday Cannabis Markets

Plus other green happenings around the Bay State for this Thanksgiving week

There’s not much of an introduction needed here—your family sucks, your uncle is an unrelenting fascist, and you need to get extremely stoned just to consider spending time with them around the holidays. We completely get it. And so without further ado, here’s how a whole bunch of brands and dispensaries are here to help …

Ayr Wellness (Watertown, Back Bay)

“Just in time for Green Wednesday,” Levia “is releasing their limited-edition, winter seasonal flavor.” “The Pomegranate Punch can is now available in Ayr Wellness locations in Massachusetts along with 150+ other licensed dispensaries. For Green Wednesday, the Ayr Wellness locations are offering consumers” four cans for $20 or a full case (24 cans) for $85.

Bountiful Farms (Natick)

These award-winning cultivators have some Green Wednesday deals as well as Black Friday promos at their Natick dispensary. From Nov. 22 and then again from the 24th to the 26th, buy a Puffco Plus and get .5g of rosin for $.01, or buy a Puffco Proxy and get 2g of rosin for a $.01 apiece, or buy a Puffco Peak v2 and get 3.5g of Rosin for $.01. All ounces of flower are $160 mix-and-match, with $120 ounces of Monkey Mints, Dripz, and Banana Cream Pie. Or, buy three rosin vape carts and get the fourth for $.01.

Canna Provisions (Lee, Holyoke)

This home of Smash Hits “is opening its doors and its customers to the local artists, makers, glassblowers, and woman-owned businesses from the communities where Canna Provisions retail stores are located.” Their Lee Artisans Market (2pm – 6pm) and Holyoke Artisans Market (3pm – 7pm) on Green Wednesday are “designed to provide small and local creators and artisans access to the adult cannabis consumers and staff of Canna Provisions for supporting local makers through buying their goods and services.” Vendors include: Sara Barry (pottery and homewares), Sabrina Ireland (local homemade pies), A Little Bit of Everything (painted crafts, ornaments, cannabis- themed items), and Buds Suds (CBD soap maker), Ginger Owl Knots (macrame goods), and Dawn Green Art (visual art works).

Delivered (Worcester)

From the team there: “Delivered is offering 25% off our entire website along with our usual free delivery! We’re also giving a Nova Farms 0.5g preroll for $0.01 to the first 25 people that shop with us. The first 10 customers to buy any Nimbus product (including Clebbys and Green Hornet) get 1.5g in prerolls for $0.01. Finally, we’re offering a full gram of Regenerative UnCut Live Badder for ONE penny when you buy ANY other concentrate or vape product. Limit 1 per sale. Rain checks available if you max out your daily limit. We’re extending our delivery hours from 8am-8pm to accommodate all schedules!”

Fernway

The market leader in vapes has popups across the state all week, and you can bet they’ll have heaps of their awesome merch plus giveaways galore. Find one near you here.

Happy Valley (East Boston, Gloucester)

In Eastie, Happy Valley will be serving coffee and pastries via Eagle Hill Café from 8am to 11am during its extended Green Wednesday hours, then sopapillas from Stuff’d by Papi in the afternoon. In Gloucester, they have Grettel Flor Du Café serving coffee and espresso in the morning, followed by Ross Tot’s 5 Star Phresh Food serving up tots on Black Friday. Some menu spotlights for Green Wednesday and Black Friday include 8am (to 10am) 1g prerolls for $6, then after that: 100mg non-rosin gummies for $6, a 1g preroll bundle for $60, 3.5g classic Jarred flower for $36, 100mg non-rosin edibles for $10 and much more including 25% off all solventless products.

Insa (Avon, Salem, Easthampton, Springfield)

Like most shops, Insa will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. But ahead of that, they’ll have every single item in their whole store on sale from Nov. 22 through the 27th.

New Dia (Boston)

You will have to wait until December for this one, but you’ll have three chances to shop local and shop small at the Fenway cannabis mall. In coordination with the Weedaker Group, New Dia will host its Holidia Market on Sunday, Dec. 3, and then again on the 10th and 17th. Featuring original art, handcrafted goods, hot cocoa and tea lounge, live entertainment, vintage goods, CBD massages, holiday bundles, and more.

Panacea Wellness (Quincy, Beverly Middleborough)

All Panacea Wellness locations “will be doing store-wide, buy more, save more” deals “if you’re a Panacea Perks Member.” From their team: “As you start your morning prepping the turkey, what about snacking on a muffin… with cannabis! Wake and bake with MariMed’s Bubby’s Baked THC-infused soft baked goods line of edibles. The new Blueberry Muffin bites join the other three flavors in the Bubby’s Baked line-up, including classic Brownie, Choco Chip and Snickerdoodle. Now if you are stuffed from all that turkey and looking for some cozy vibes, MariMed’s limited edition Sweater Weather Betty’s will do the trick. Sweater Weather Betty’s is an all-natural, cannabis fruit chew made with real apples and warm spices to evoke the flavors synonymous with fall, combined with full spectrum cannabis and CBG. Additionally, Betty’s Eddies has a variety of products that each offer a different effect depending on your needs.”

Rooted In (Boston)

This boutique shop will kick off Green Wednesday “with specials and deals from our brand partners and pop-ups too,” then after Thanksgiving will return for Black Friday with popups by Rove and Ration, followed by popups on Small Business Saturday and the day after by Clebby’s, Fernway, and Farnsworth plus a Bead + Bud Bar with Miss Lou Makes at 1pm.

Summit Lounge (Worcester)

One of the only safe spaces to consume outside the home in Mass, the Summit Lounge isn’t a dispensary, though you may want to visit one before stopping by their Friendsgiving and family game night. Here’s what you need to know: “Bring your own cannabis. You are welcome to share, gift, and enjoy cannabis during the class, however, no sales of THC containing products are allowed within the venue. Please be mindful of MA State Laws for personal possession amounts.” Also, “You are allowed to bring your own food & drinks to the Summit Lounge.” If not, your $30 ticket gets you access to their feast with all the fixings. Also, on Dec. 2, Summit is partnering with Zenful Touch, Oak Barrel Tarot, and others for a Cannabis Wellness Elevate + Meditate event hosted by Luna Soul Sound Healing.

UpTop (West Roxbury, Framingham)This one is simple: 20% off all their in-house Neighborgoods products, which are quite delicious as we have reported—especially in their dab department—from Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 16 – 18.
