A lot of people who get high like to dress up, no surprise, and this season brings out lots of opportunities to do both, often simultaneously.
Below is our roundup of events in the coming two weeks where costumes are strongly encouraged, including the mother of all stoner dress-up parties, Hexpo down in Seekonk. As the organizers told us last year about that award-winning gathering: “We are definitely fans of Halloween and everything horror, comic, and collectibles related. … We’ve coined Hexpo as a ‘hybrid event concept’ combining everything cannabis and horror.”
